💬 CROWDSOURCING: What’s the biggest a-ha for you right now?
Five of my recent light bulbs + a chance to share with—and learn from—others about the insights shaping our personal growth right now
The first draft of my next book is complete!
My agent asked me how it felt to finish it. The two words that came to mind were “content” and “complete.” I know without a doubt that I’ve written the most helpful book I can about how to turn conflict into connection at the very moment most of us get trapped in our triggers. We’re all prisoners of our patterns, and this book is going to set people free. I can’t wait to share more about it in the months ahead.
For now, though, I want to share with you five recent light bulbs.
Next week, I’ll be back with a brand new essay tentatively titled “The Pattern of Everything.” However, I didn’t have time to write it this week between manuscript submission and our normal Wednesday morning rhythm, so instead I thought I’d knock the rust off Humaning by sharing some of the insights I’ve been posting on Notes since we last connected. Here’s a sampling:
Okay, now it’s your turn: What’s the biggest insight shaping your personal growth right now?
This is how Crowdsourcing posts work:
In the comments, in all caps write the insight that is most impacting your growth right now—for example, NOT MY CIRCUS, NOT MY MONKEYS—and then, if you wish, share some details about its influence on you. (If you have more than one insight to share, leave two or more comments rather than putting them in one.)
Choose one other commenter whose insight resonates with you and let them know by responding to their comment.
Looking forward to connecting with you all again and hearing about the light bulbs that are going on for you!

CURIOSITY.
In an ongoing effort to not close my heart when I'm offended or hurt, I am trying to be curious about the "WHY" of someone's choices to offend or hurt. (highlight "trying")
